I’m Lynn Edwards — a plant-based chef, author, public speaker, and qualified holistic nutritionist. My work is rooted in a deep belief that food should be nourishing, enjoyable, and empowering, and that true health comes from understanding the whole person, not following rigid rules.
I bring together my experience in the kitchen, on the stage, on the page, and in practice to support people in reconnecting with food and their health in a way that feels positive, realistic, and sustainable.
My approach combines holistic nutrition with a plant-based attitude to food. This means I focus on vibrant, whole, plant-forward foods while always respecting individuality, lifestyle, and personal choice. I don’t believe in perfection, restriction, or judgement — I believe in progress, curiosity, and learning what works for you.
Holistic nutrition looks beyond food alone. Together, I explore how digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, movement, and emotional Illbeing all interact, and how small, supportive changes can help bring the body back into balance.
No two people are the same — and neither is their path to health. I view every client as a unique individual, not a set of symptoms or a standard plan. Your health history, preferences, routines, and goals all shape the guidance I offer.
